less meat, more veggies, more fun

I know this topic is often seen as taboo and some people don't like to hear it, but animal product industry is directly responsible for significant environmental destruction. Here are some benefits of eating meatless meals:

1. It's healthier. It can reduce your risk of chronic preventable conditions like cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and obesity. Also, eating a more plant-based diet can help give you more energy. 

2. It can help reduce your carbon footprint and save precious resources like fresh water and fossil fuel.

3. Minimizes water usage.  Animal products have a significantly higher water footprint than the plant-based alternative.
